Boats are the primary mode of transportation in the Hydro Thunder video game series. Each one is unique in its own ways, with its own advantages and disadvantages in a race. In the original game, there are four tiers, each with three boats, excluding the Bonus tier, which has four. In Hydro Thunder Hurricane, there are many more boats, including DLC boats.
